Initial Brain Map (QEEG)

We begin with a Quantitative EEG (QEEG), or brain map, to assess how your brain is currently functioning. This shows us areas of overactivity, underactivity, or imbalance in brainwaves.

Personalized Training Protocol

Based on your map, we design a custom training plan. During sessions, you relax and watch a video or listen to music while sensors track your brain activity.

Real-Time Feedback

When your brain activity is out of balance, the video dims or the sound lowers—prompting your brain to correct itself. With consistent sessions, these new, healthy patterns become lasting habits.
